Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Both are welcome. Walk-ins are accepted during operating hours. Booking ahead, even same-day, reduces your waiting time.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes. We reserve slots daily for same-day bookings. Call us early in the morning to secure yours.

What medical aids do you accept?

We accept most major South African medical aids. Contact our reception before your visit to confirm your specific scheme and plan is covered.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring your South African ID or passport, your medical aid card if applicable, a list of any current medication, and any relevant prior medical reports.

Do you issue medical certificates?

Yes. A consultation is required before a certificate can be issued. Backdated certificates may be issued under specific circumstances where medically applicable.

What are your consultation fees?

Our fees are transparent and affordable, with consultations, medication and injections from R350 . Contact our reception for current specials.
